Tanks 3D throws you into a tense, action-packed battlefield where it's every tank for itself. You're up against players from around the globe, and the goal is simple: survive and eliminate as many enemy tanks as possible.
Your tank is built for rough terrain. It can climb steep hills and drop into deep valleys. These low areas might offer protection from enemy fire, but they can also be dangerous ambush zones if enemies are lurking nearby.
While your tank can take a few hits, too much damage will destroy it. Once you're taken out, you'll have to restart, so choose your movements carefully and stay alert at all times.
You can communicate with other players in real time using the chat box located at the bottom of the screen. The leaderboard in the top right corner shows the scores of all players currently in the match, helping you track your progress.
The minimap on the screen gives you a sense of where enemy tanks are located and how close they are to your position. Use this to plan your attacks or your escape.
Youll also see soldiers walking around the map. Theyre easy to take out, but they can also act as warnings that an enemy tank might be nearby.

You not only have to think about beating your own record when it comes to time, but you also need to master the craft of building for speed and precision.Start by creating your track using the games design tools or choosing from pre-made tracks. Customize the track with various obstacles, ramps, and curves to suit your preferences. Don't know exactly what track to build? Get help from the Polytrack community. There are plenty of forums that share design codes and customization tips.With a built-in level editor, you can unleash your creativity by designing custom tracks. You can also export and share these tracks with others for endless racing (and design) fun.The game will require time and patience, as you don't just go into it like other driving games, with your foot on the pedal and ready to rev and drift. Initially, the easiest tracks to build are straight lines, but as soon as you get the hang of it, you will have a track jumping over mountains, sending your car and score soaring.
