Mahjong Tower 2 is a puzzle game in which you play different variations of the solitaire version of mahjong. You are able to choose from different layouts, and the challenge and strategy for each are a little different, even if they all have the exact same rules.
Your main goal is to clear the board of all the tiles on screen. You have to do this by pairing each tile with another tile with the same symbol. There are some restrictions though: you can't pair a tile if one of the two tiles doesn't have a free edge (either the right or left), or if it's under another tile. You can also click/tap the "How to Play" button on the start screen to find out more.

Merging items and discovering new ones will earn you money that can be used to enable the renovation, clearing tasks from a to-do list which will eventually lead you to the renovated Design Studio. Once the Studio is up and running, Louise and Robin will start taking orders from clients, initially friends and acquaintances, and later referrals, and they will allow the Studio to expand its reputation and complete more complex tasks.There is one object on the grid that is most important to begin merging: a yellow bag full of corkboard push pins. Left-click on the yellow bag to fill all empty board pieces with push pins. This is where you merge. Begin merging all push pins. It takes two push pins to create another object, an eraser.
